I myself , am a ENFJ. This means I am Extroverted,Intuitive,Feeling, Judgement. A quick summary here form the website where you will find out your personality type. “ENFJs are idealist organizers, driven to implement their vision of what is best for humanity. Now daily habits on how to cultivate a healthy attitude.
I believe there is no doubt at this stage that getting up early is a habit of the successful and of cultivating a healthy attitude. First I would say by getting up early you are in control of your day and therefore in control of your attitude. Let us imagine a simple example getting up late or not on time we are from the get go running chasing and more worrying reacting to any given situation. We are not in control.
Brendon Burchard from expert academy and best selling author recommends getting up early. Robin Sharma the author of the LEADER WITHOUT A TITLE also is a big advocate. Robin actually has a club called the 5am club. So it clear from much research in this area that to maintain an control your attitude you have to be in control of your days. Now this means you must go to bed earlier as you need to get sleep , quality sleep. I find if you do not get enough sleep you will not control your attitude as quite simply your are just tired.
Know where your time Goes|self improvement
I am reading a book by Peter Drucker ” The Effective Executive” He highlights this we need to know where our time goes. Time Management is crucial. But we need to know what tasks give us 80 percent of results in life in business in relation to our goals. This of course is the Pareto Principle. Now that I am speaking about time management and knowing where your time should be spent, I would urge you to read “The one thing” by Garry Keller.
I think many of us are falling down here. We are not managing our time and we do not know what tasks are giving us the results. I also think in this day in age we have browser addiction we can not focus so all tasks are suffering. Also we are bombarded that multitasking is essential. This bulls**t guys. Its proven on research done that multitasking is a waste of time. Why if you are trying to do a variety of tasks together none of them are done to the standard you are capable of doing if you did them one at a time. Therefore the standard of work suffers massively due to multitasking.
So today I want you to do a personality test so that you know exactly who you are also you can partake in the dedicated forums and speak with other who share your personality type. Number 2 start writing down how you are allocating your time and results you are yielding from that time allocation. We need to identify which and what tasks you need to dedicate more time to increase your results.
