What I learned yesterday:Attitude is a choice.
Too many of us in this world without even knowing it, have a bad, even a terrible attitude. I suppose first we are human so by default we automatically think negatively.
So how do we break this cycle? Be mindful, we have to become aware we have to monitor our thoughts and actions.
So let us start today to monitor what we are thinking and let us see are we in a state of negativity are we living with our glass half empty instead of flipping our thinking and always, always see the glass half full.

So my challenge to you today is just see your reactions to situations, watch your thoughts. Be aware of your body language.
- Are you sighing?
- Are you rolling your eyes?
- Are you reacting without thought?
- Are you over aggressive?
- Are you complaining?
If you are nodding your head to these simple questions you are on the the wrong path. You are standing in your own way. You are not allowing yourself to flourish, You are not living a charged life as Brendan Burchard would say. You are firmly planted on the red platform as Declan Coyle has identified. So you need to Make a Change. In the words of Michael Jackson “it starts with the man in the mirror”
Be the change that you wish to see in the world Gandhi
So today, just monitor your behavior and if you can write down you observations and lets see what you find. Its very important to write things down, as it is the truth, as you can document in real time what you felt and saw. This simple practice does not allow the mind to distort your view later.
